HOW TO CHECK YOUR FISH OIL

Want to know if your fish oil manufacturer has eliminated the heavy metals from your fish oil? Take four or five of the gel capsules, open them up into a dixie cup which has been cut to only one third its original height. Put the cup into your freezer for four or five hours. Take it out and check the fish oil. If it is still a liquid the heavy metals have been eliminated.  If it is a solid the heavy metals in the fish oil have frozen. You want a different fish oil!  If the consistency of the fish oil is mush you may want to talk to the manufacturer directly or do a little more research.

Unless you are a patient of Dr. Landin's and have seen him very recently, this should not be construed as dental advice but only as information. Please consult your own dentist in regard to your personal situation or condition.
